Sponsorship not available Systems Engineer DescriptionOur client, a provider of managed IT services, is seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to join their dynamic team. You will provide infrastructure technical support to external clients while working closely with the leadership team to troubleshoot and optimize operations. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a small, team-oriented environment, have at least two years of related experience at an MSP (managed service provider), and have strong knowledge of Exchange Online support skills. This is an exciting opportunity with a small, agile, and growing company that will invest in your success by providing the technical training necessary to become an expert in the field.
Systems Engineer ResponsibilitiesInterface and provide client support
Address 5-20 tickets per day
Bench and configure machines (desktops, servers, networking equipment)
Provide user on-boarding and off-boarding
Perform onsite new client on-boardings
Interface with vendors for hardware failures
Perform onsite hardware installations
Troubleshoot hardware issues
Help address client needs and ensure satisfaction is met
Keep documentation current
Systems Engineer Qualifications2 years of IT support experience at an MSP (managed service provider) required
Active Directory Experience RequiredExchange Online (MS Teams, SharePoint, One Drive) experience required
Experience With a Ticketing System/PSA Tool RequiredMust have or be willing to become A , Network , and MS900 certified during training
