Peterson Technology Partners is Hiring a Branch Operations Manager Near Garland, TX

Job Details

**This position is open in Garland, TX & Greater Chicago Area**
The Branch Operations Manager will directly assist the Branch Sales Manager. Our client seeking someone with strong, proven operations experience in the banking industry. The ideal candidate will be able to manage the day-to-day branch operations of these locations to free the Branch Manager up to concentrate on FX and Bank Sales. The candidate chosen will be professional, outgoing and have strong personnel management skills.

The person in this position will work very closely with the Branch Sales Manager to ensure that all bank policies and procedures are followed at these unique locations. The Branch Operations Manager will be responsible for all coordination with airport officials. Candidate will be required to share on-call shifts with branch manager to ensure adequate staffing at all times.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 years management or supervisory experience required.
  • 5 years financial services or banking industry experience required with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Familiarity with foreign currency exchange is a definite plus.
  • Proven ability to be a top performer in a high paced environment.
