- Operating a Team Lead overseeing the Route Drivers - assisting the Customer Service Manager with daily operations and training of new hires.
- Listen to and resolve service complaints, informing immediate supervisor in timely manner.
- Providing route coverage to No Shows & Delayed Service Routes.
- Operate company vehicles to deliver products to customer locations, unloading products with a hand cart, lifting up to 50lbs consistently.
- Ensuring products are stocked in an attractive manner. Following FIFO stocking measures to ensure product freshness. Setting up sales promotion materials as needed.
- Perform routine cleaning and service of machines and equipment. Conducting minor service and repairs on equipment as needed.
- Informing customers of new products, upselling current accounts for additional or new products.
- Maintaining a clean and maintained delivery vehicle.
- 3 Years of commercial driving experience, operating a sprinter van or larger.
- 1 Years of experience in a customer facing sales or account management position
- 6 Months of experience in a lead or supervisor capacity.
- Valid Driver's License with clean motor vehicle report
