SummaryThe Sales Representative is responsible for achieving company sales goals by presenting, promoting, and selling plants to existing customer base and finding new prospective customers to increase annual sales. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Sales Representative should uphold the company’s core values of respect, safety, and quality.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Sales representative primary duty is to achieve the company’s sales goals.
- Present, promote and sell plant material to existing and prospective customers.
- Provide customer service in a manner which creates a win-win for customers and the company.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with customers.
- Research and develop new customers to increase sale territory.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments to meet customer needs.
- /market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends and prices.
- Other duties, as necessary.
