This position gives you flexibility in your schedule and could be a great fit for students, retirees, or someone looking to make some easy extra money on the weekend.

Job Responsibilities:

Aid in the thorough cleaning of 10 small cabins. 10-20 hours weekly: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. 10am-3:30/4 pm depending on bookings. May be asked to work a few random weekdays. No experience is required. Retirees and motivated high-achieving high school students are encouraged to apply. There is an opportunity for advancement for an individual who rises to the occasion. The selected individual will earn a higher hourly wage with additional responsibility and expectations.

• Cleans rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture using a vacuum cleaner broom, or swiffer
• Clean rooms, hallways, and restrooms
• Wash scuffs off walls and doors
• Clean under and behind furniture
• Sweeps, mops, and polishes floor
• Dusts and polishes metalwork
• Collects soiled linen for laundering
• Receive clean linen from laundering and keep organized
• Maintains housekeeping carts
• Removes trash collected by room attendants
• Walk all assigned areas, interior and exterior at the beginning and end of the shift to collect Newspaper bags, newspapers, trash, and other debris
• Report missing / found articles, damage or merchandise problems to the housekeeping supervisors.
• Respond at all times in a friendly, helpful manner to guests and other colleagues.
• Take up any tasks assigned by the supervisors when needed
