At CATHTIP, our objective is to develop excellence in automation, machine design, material handling, and custom tooling. The Engineering Intern position is hands-on with a focus on electro-mechanical design, assembly, and operation of equipment and tooling and performing process development, programming, and material handling under direct supervision of project engineers.
Essential Job Functions:
The internship Sample production, proof of concept work, and process development which includes:
Performing machine setups & programming of Cathtip equipment.
The internship will also include various engineering projects which could provide experience in:
Machine and tooling design.

EDUCATION – Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in an engineering field (ME preferred).
Verification of enrollment may be required as a condition of employment.
WORKING CONDITIONS
This position will require the ability to work under pressing conditions in a professional and responsive manner. Must have a CAN-DO attitude to drive projects through to completion, displaying the ability to obtain results through an influential demeanor. In addition, the position requires: Working in varying environments and conditions, primarily in a controlled environment
