Summary: Seeking an HRIS Systems Analyst to address technical issues, support users, and manage HR system upgrades, focusing on Workday and SAP.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, IT or related field preferred
Minimum 2 years of HRIS experience
Experience with Workday modules such as HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, and Compensation
Preferred Skills:
Experience with SAP HR/Payroll software
Knowledge of data integrity analytics and reporting
Familiarity with system control practices
Understanding of Human Resources processes
Responsibilities:
Partner with HR, IT, and Payroll to resolve technical issues affecting HR data integrations and transaction processing
Monitor systems daily and provide user support
Participate in functional testing for system maintenance including biannual major upgrades and weekly enhancements
Collaborate with various HR departments on module setup and business process configuration
Develop reports and dashboards for all areas of HR
Additional Information:
Position is initially a 6-month contract with potential extension
Immediate start required
Onsite work in Germantown office preferred; open to remote candidates if necessary
US Citizenship or valid work visa required due to ITAR regulations
Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
