The Impact You’ll Make in this RoleAs a Transportation Specialist (m/f/*) You Will Have The Opportunity To Tap Into Your Curiosity And Collaborate With Some Of The Most Innovative And Diverse People Around The World. Here, You Will Make An Impact By
- Full ownership and accountability to drive consistent achievement of OTIF (On Time in Full) & OTIFQ (On Time in Full Quality) targets.
- Own and develop vendor relationships to consistently deliver on OTIF performance targets, lead continuous improvement activity to optimize the network and drive efficiencies to provide a best-in-class service to our customers.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunity that will improve service to our customers driving operational enhancements and cost saving initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, including supply chain, procurement, commercial, quality, trade compliance and customer service teams, to ensure seamless operations and alignment of priorities.
- Take full responsibility for managing the budget within your area, diligently identifying, and addressing any potential risk areas while proactively highlighting opportunity for improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in high volume organization in logistics, transportation, and distribution center management, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong customer focus with a deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Must be able to anticipate customer requirements and proactively address issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP), Transport Management systems, Warehouse Management systems ,and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Work Your Way Eligible (Employee choice to work remote (from Germany, France, UK or Ireland), on site, or hybrid)
