Duties/Responsibilities
- Assists the Director of Finance with annual budget preparation, monthly financial reporting, and day-to-day accounting operations.
- Assists the Director of Operations with electronic file retention and compliance.
- Performs account reconciliations, AP, and AR functions.
- Tracking, collection, and recording of revenues; monitoring daily receipts and bank activity and preparing reports for the executive team.
- Assist with special projects, process improvements, and various other responsibilities as assigned.
- Associate's degree in accounting or 3 years of accounting experience.
- Experience using QuickBooks Online.
- Experience with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable production and tracking.
- Understanding of bookkeeping practices and procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, economics, or related field.
- Salary range: $65k-$75k DOE
- 100% paid medical for employee
- 10 days PTO (accrual) paid holidays
- Medical, Dental, and Vision activate within first 30 days!
