Title: Director of Performance Marketing - HYBRID
Location: Gilbert, AZ
Duration: Direct Hire/Perm
Salary: $130,000-$150,000K / 25% bonus
Schedule/Hours: M-F 8AM-5PM (3 days in office Tues/Wed/Thurs) - this role offers autonomy and flexibility

Summary of Role:
The Director of Performance Marketing will lead our client's efforts to drive customer acquisition and expand their B2C operations. This key leadership role involves crafting and implementing a robust growth marketing strategy, focusing extensively on paid media and performance channels. You will manage both in-house team members and their paid media agency.
Our client is seeking a growth-oriented marketer who combines creativity with analytical prowess and has a comprehensive understanding of the B2C/DTC landscape. Preference will be given to local candidates who can work in a hybrid in-office schedule.
