We are seeking a seasoned estimator to join our team. We are growing and looking to increase our capacities with great people who are seeking to take care of their families working with a great team.
The estimating position is one that requires skills of communication, relationship building, negotiation and networks of help.
Our estimating model, tools, software and support staff are designed to aid winning and increasing value for clients and company.
- 5 years of estimating experience in the commercial estimating field or equal degree/ field experience as a superintendent/ PM.
- Estimating assist will also be considered.
- Negotiating skills.
- Great organization and communication skills.
- Ability to deliver client satisfaction effectively.
- Tenant improvement experience as a superintendent a plus.
- Degree in construction management a plus.
- Procore a plus.
- Hours Monday to Friday 8-5pm, no holidays or weekends.
- 6 Paid holidays per year
- Paid weekly with DD
