Plains Ag/Border Plains Equipment, an employee-owned, certified Case IH dealer, is looking for a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Regional General Manager. The selected candidate will provide overall direction for the company’s region (Stanley ND, Williston ND, Glasgow MT and Scobey MT) in ways that assure its on-going stability and growth. This candidate will effectively manage and develop both store and department leaders and to ensure they are effective at doing the same with all other region employees in ways that contribute to both high performance and satisfaction.

· Excellent organizational, communication and problem solving skills
· Superior customer service and leadership skills
· Thrive and multi-task in a fast paced environment
· The ability to anticipate issues and respond proactively with solutions
· Computer skills with the ability to learn new programs
· Bachelor Degree in Business/Management or equivalent work experience
