Objective: The Clinical Care Specialist will be responsible for applying durable medical equipment to patients for pre-operative and post-operative surgeries. The Clinical Care Specialist will work directly with Orthopedic Surgeons and medical personnel to ensure the well-being of patients and their activities of daily living.

• Maintain high levels of credibility, integrity, and honesty
• Confident and knowledgeable in all aspects of the use, operation, and maintenance of all equipment
• Ability to articulate the features and benefits of all product lines
• Experience working in the healthcare field
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Perform initial and follow up calls on prospective and current patients
• Recommend products to clients, based on customers’ needs and interests
• Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders
• Build relationships with doctors, administrative staff, and patients to maintain accounts.
• Measure and fit patients with appropriate products based on patient needs
• Expected to implement corporate objectives and initiatives
