The purpose of this position is to serve as the Receptionist at The Pet Experts, focusing in client service and communication. He or she is the first and last contact with the hospital and key to creating first and lasting impressions. The Receptionist must have exceptional client service and communication skills, be computer literate, handle payment and financial issues, have the ability to multi-task, project a friendly attitude and possess confidence to deal with stressful situations.

These service functions include, but are not limited to, reception (visitor and telephone), maintenance of veterinary medical records, accounts maintenance, cash processing, data entry, word processing and mail service.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
