We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for technology. As a Systems Administrator, you will maintain and optimize our clients' IT systems, ensure high availability, and contribute to IT projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot cloud, network & system issues.
• Monitor active cloud, network, and server infrastructure.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Administer security measures to prevent system interruptions or breaches.
• Execute sensitive data backup and restoration procedures.
• Design, implement, and support Microsoft, Apple, and Linux-related technologies.
• Designed, implemented, and supported remote access solutions like VPN, remote desktop services, and VDI.
• Document all technical procedures and maintain accurate ticketing notes.

Requirements and Skills:

• 3-5 years of system administration or related experience.
• Working knowledge of cloud collaboration environments, namely Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Working knowledge of virtualization technologies, Hyper-V, VMWare, or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of UTM appliances capabilities and associated security capabilities in a small business setting (i.e., SonicWall, Fortinet, Meraki).
• Experience with scripting, automation, orchestration, and configuration management tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
