Flomatic is seeking a dynamic and experienced VP of Human Resources to join our Executive Team.
As VP of Human Resources, you will report directly to the President and be a key member of the Executive Team. You will lead the development of HR practices that enhance the Flomatic Experience, oversee employee benefits, payroll, health and safety, and collaborate with the Executive Team to implement HR strategies aligned with our goals.
