The Aesthetic RN hired for this position should be eager to expand his/her knowledge base to include services and product lines we carry and be comfortable recommending these to meet our client’s needs.
Position OverviewYou'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional aesthetic outcomes while providing compassionate care to our valued clients. As an Aesthetic RN, you'll administer various non-surgical aesthetic procedures, collaborate with our medspa team, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Bring your clinical expertise and artistic sensibility to help clients achieve their aesthetic goals.

- $25.00 - $30.00 per hour plus incentive bonus
- Provide direct patient care, adhering to authorized guidelines and laws.
- Conduct consultations to understand patients' aesthetic goals and establish treatment plans.
- Perform aesthetic procedures such as CoolSculpting, Morpheus8, and Botox, ensuring thorough documentation.
- Ensure client comfort and safety throughout treatments.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments and treatment plans.
- Uphold infection control, sanitation, and safety standards.
- Adhere to OSHA, HIPAA, and licensure requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques.
- Collect photo and video content for social media.
- Self-promote your aesthetic services and treatments and take ownership in building your client base.
- Collaborate with team members for comprehensive client care.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training.
- Valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Prior training and experience with Botox and Dermal Fillers preferred but not required.
- 2 years of experience working as a Registered Nurse (RN) and comfortability with needles.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent understanding of dermatology and skincare treatment preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team member.
- Well-organized with meticulous attention to detail.
- Empathetic approach towards patient needs and concerns.
