River Therapies is a private therapy company located in the Fox Chapel community of Pennsylvania. We specialize in outpatient, early intervention, and school-based therapy services. Our mission is to serve God, by helping children surpass what others said they would never achieve.
We are seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team. Our company has openings within the Early Intervention setting. The OT would provide therapy services to the birth to three populations in Allegheny County, in the child's least restrictive environment (home, daycare, etc).
As a member of the therapy department, you will work with other therapeutic staff, family members, and Service Coordinators in the Early Intervention setting and report to our administration staff at River Therapies.
What You Will Do

• provide daily occupational therapy sessions to patients identified as requiring services
• complete daily documentation
• complete progress reports and all other required paperwork for early intervention in PA
• maintain required communication with families for the betterment of each patient
• regular meetings with administration staff to discuss caseloads, answer questions, and promote overall employment success
• promote a safe and welcoming therapeutic environment for patients and families

What You Will BringOur ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Pennsylvania
• excellent communication skills
• professional and positive work ethic
• desire to work in a multi-facet position, broadening skills in each setting
• passion for the field of pediatric occupational therapy
