Inspire Care Center is Hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Near Glenview, IL

We are seeking a dedicated LCSW to join our team in the Chicagoland area (openings in Glenview, Calumet City, Chicago, Addison, and Park Ridge).
Responsibilities:
- Identify and address unique mental, emotional, and social needs of clients
- Conduct client assessments through interviews and personal history reviews
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to develop comprehensive care plans
- Maintain essential case note documentation
- Organize and lead group therapy sessions and events
- Communicate client updates for clinician referrals
- Uphold professionalism and community standards
- Support in gathering referrals as necessary
- Maintain an on-site community presence to nurture relationships
- Assist in onboarding and servicing clients when required
- Address clinical queries from team members
Qualifications:
- Completed Master’s Degree in social work
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in clinical social work
- Compassion and dedication to our geriatric population
- Independent, creative, and professional in interactions with clients, families, and community staff
- Comfortable with receiving client referrals
- Excellent communication skills
- Access to a laptop or desktop computer
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example
- Exhibit professionalism in all aspects of the role
- License/Certification: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Required)
- LCSW: 1 year (Required)

- Full-time: $85,800.00 - $101,400.00 (experience-dependent)
