We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Quality Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of quality in our financial products and services. This position involves a great deal of responsibility and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our commitment to excellence and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct rigorous quality control tests and inspections to ensure all financial products and services meet the company's high standards.
- Utilize your knowledge of SQF certification, Packaging, Flexible packaging, X-Rite, Document Control, and food packaging to enhance our quality control processes.
- Identify and resolve quality-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company's quality control documentation system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all quality control processes are followed correctly and consistently.
- Provide training and support to other staff members on quality control procedures and standards.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in quality control technology.
- Ensure all quality control equipment and tools are maintained and calibrated correctly.
- Prepare and present quality control reports to senior management.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Quality Technician role or a similar position.
- A valid SQF certification is a plus.
- Proven experience with Packaging, Flexible packaging, X-Rite, and Document Control.
- A strong understanding of food packaging.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve quality-related issues effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with other staff members.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to take initiative.
- The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
