Description

Prime Solutions Group, Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Financial Analyst to play a crucial role in our day-to-day operations. The Associate Financial Analyst supports our Accounting, Finance, Contracts, and Project Management processes under general supervision. Key responsibilities include, but not limited to, invoicing customers, ensuring accurate and complete timecards, setting up and maintaining projects, reviewing expense reports, and tracking budgets. Additionally, the role involves assisting with payroll, accounts payable, proposal pricing, bank reconciliations, and other accounting-related activities.

Reporting directly to the Business Operations Manager, the Associate Financial Analyst collaborates with the Business Operations Team to deliver exceptional customer service. A commitment to accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with DoD requirements is essential in maintaining our high standards.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship
• Associate degree or higher in a business field such as finance, accounting, or business administration
• 1-year of related experience, preferably in accounting, finance, or a similar field
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• High aptitude for learning new concepts while maintaining attention to detail
• A dynamic, 'can-do' personality
• Strong ethics and reliability

• Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, such as Unanet or equivalent
• Experience with project management and/or government contracting is a plus
