Great new analyst opportunity for anyone in either construction, commercial real estate or the auto industry that will have 1-5 years experience with cost analysis. You will be projecting costs for every variable in an industrial setting including labor cost evaluation. Analyze data across the business to make informed decisions or assist other team members and leadership in making informed decisions. This is a global organization with great benefits! Prior experience with SAP or Tableau is a must!
Responsibilities:
Factoring labor costs and projections Utilize SAP and Tableau applications to generate reports to optimize performance Ability to look at data to predict cost analysis at every aspect analytical thinking, critical thinking, communication, collaboration, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
Required Skills:
Analytical thinking, critical thinking, communication, collaboration, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills Ability to present findings to all levels of management Setting the right metrics and aligning those with organizational needs is pivotal for success. Ability to collaborate with various teams and individuals. Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst Transferable skills in either construction, auto industry or real estate finance Flexibility in working schedule. 1-5 years experience preferred.
