Sigma Healthcare team is looking for an Occupational Therapist who will work onsite at for our client's location in Grand Marais, MN

Shift: Shift info M-F as well as occasional weekend coverage
Requirements:
- Bachelors with a 4 year degree, or post graduate Masters
- OT ONLY, will not accept a COTA
- Candidates will need to have valid OT License (Proof) in MN, Min Requirements Bachelors with a 4 year degree, or post graduate Masters
- Candidates will need to have had a MDHS Netstudy background check completed in the last year
- The Staff Occupational Therapist is responsible for managing patient caseloads in all clinical settings from screenings and evaluations through discharges.
- Compliant with State and Federal Regulations.
- Active participant in Interdisciplinary Team approach to patient care.
- Provides the necessary billing documentation for billing purposes.
- Communicate effectively with physician, other members of rehabilitation team and others as indicated regarding treatment plan and patient response to plan.
- Counsels patient and family according to degree of disability or impairment.
- Completes all required documentation thoroughly and in a timely manner.
- Participates in educational programs and in-service meetings.
- Maintains established policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
- Attends meetings and in-service sessions, as directed. Requires regular attendance and punctuality. Performs other duties as assigned
- M-F as well as occasional weekend coverage.
