CI Search Group is assisting a SaaS company in the Grand Prairie area who is looking for a Controller. This role is hybrid - 2 days WFH. Please read below for more information and apply if interested!

Qualifications:

• Must have ASC 606 experience
• Must have at least 6.5 years of progressive accounting experience. Only looking at candidates who are at the Manager level currently.
• Must have experience working at a SaaS company
• Must have CPA
• Must have multi-entity experience
• NetSuite experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Direct, promote and coordinate the Accounting operations in the Corporate Operations unit.
• Provide strategic direction for Accounting unit while making sure the unit is in alignment with overall Corporate Strategic Objective.
• Monitor and report financial results for the total corporation
• Prepare and monitor an annual Accounting unit plan including budget in partnership with the Chief Administrative Officer.
• Develops internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures for activities such as budget administration, cash and credit management, and accounting.
• Coordinates and directs the financial planning, financial reporting, budgeting, procurements, and investment activities.
• Lead the annual audit process and work closely with external auditors.
