Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily store activities, ensuring efficient operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive store sales and achieve targets
- Manage store budget and expenses effectively
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff
- Create employee schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Maintain inventory levels and oversee merchandising activities

Requirements:
