Enhance Dental is Hiring an Operations Manager Near Gravette, AR
Duties And Responsibilities
- At all times, model the Vision and Values of Enhance
- Lead the Practice Staff and work as a direct support mechanism for the Practice Doctors
- Carry out leadership responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies and processes
- Coordinate the office and employees schedule based on need
- Review and approve employee time
- Responsible for training and developing highly motivated teams of professionals with direction from the ADO
- Provide guidance, coaching, and leadership to all staff members
- Work cooperatively with Area Director or Operations and Doctors to communicate and reinforce changes in policies and processes to staff
- Hold weekly Clinic Leadership Meetings with staff and Doctors, focusing on vision, people, data, issues, process and traction
- Own and execute the End of Month and Accounts Payable process in the clinics
- Monitor lab and supply expenses
- Hire staff when deemed necessary
- Perform GWC reviews, recommend promotions and terminations with close guidance from the ADO
- Reward and discipline employees when necessary
- Use conflict resolution and problem-solving techniques in managing interpersonal conflict and patient issues
- Address complaints and resolve issues reported from the clinics
- Maintain positive working relationships between the clinics and Corporate Teams that support the clinics
- Demonstrate a positive can-do attitude
- Demonstrate emotional and mental maturity, the ability to engender trust, and model an always ready to listen mentality
- Treat patients, visitors and co-workers with respect and courtesy
- Step directly into clinic staff roles when necessary
- Model organization, motivation, and a commitment to excellence
- Demonstrate ability to use the clinic’s computer software and other equipment
- Increase knowledge and skills through self-study and other education
- Maintain dependable job attendance
- Comply with all Enhance Management policies, processes and State/Federal rules and regulations
- Comply with all OSHA policies, procedures, rules, and regulations. Adhere to all safety and infection control rules. Uses appropriate safety equipment
- Comply with HIPAA and maintain confidential information
- Report ethics and compliance violations to Area Director of Operations
- Performs other duties as assigned
Experience: 5 years experience in dental required, 3 years experience in managing a team preferred
Working ConditionsDental practices run at a fast pace and Operations Managers will be required to keep up with the flow of doctors and patients.
Works in a typical office setting with climate control
Physical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to do the following:
- Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds and/or move, push/pull objects up to 50 pounds.
- Perform detailed work, using arms, hands, and fingers to manipulate the required office equipment
- Sit for long periods
- Use the repetitive motion of the hands and arms
- Use good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Use close vision, distant vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus
- Maneuver easily around operatories
- Travel to assigned clinics
