We are looking for a motivated, staff member that will add to our already stellar team. You don't need to have any bakery experience, although food or bakery experience will be given extra consideration. We are more concerned with your work ethic, willingness to learn, your communication skills and the desire to put out our loved pastries with consistency. The bakery is off site from our cafes and will require no direct customer service. The work is both hard and fun. Our roots are as a specialty coffee shop. Focusing on high quality coffee sourcing, roasting, and preparation and our pastries match the standard of our coffee.
Your responsibilities would include:

Not Necessary but Nice to Have:
- Previous experience in a bakery, restaurant, or similar food industry setting
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Familiarity with baking equipment and tools
- Culinary or pastry certification is a plus
