Job Summary: We are looking for dedicated Caregivers to join our team and provide essential care and support to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with daily activities, offering companionship, and ensuring their well-being. Responsibilities: - Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and toileting. - Provide emotional support and companionship to clients. - Prepare and serve meals based on dietary requirements. - Administer medications following healthcare professionals' instructions. - Aid in mobility, transferring, and lifting clients safely. - Monitor and document vital signs accurately. - Perform light housekeeping duties to uphold a clean and secure environment. - Adhere to care plans and maintain effective communication with healthcare providers. Experience: - Prior experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred. - Capability to travel to client locations as necessary. - Understanding of senior care practices and principles. - Knowledge of best practices in long-term care. - Certification in First Aid and CPR is advantageous. - Excellent communication skills and empathy towards clients. - Ability to lift and transfer clients securely.
