StandardWork and Preventative Maintenance(20%) :

• Providetechnical (mechanical electrical pneumatic / hydraulic) expertise toproduction teams to assist in creating and implementing the bestsolutions to manufacturingchallenges.
• Usedrawings / blueprints schematic diagrams service manuals code manualsand manufacturer s specifications to mechanically install modifyenhance and repair machines and mechanicalequipment.
• Usebasic PC / PLC knowledge and electrical schematics to electricallyinstall modify enhance and repair machines and mechanicalequipment.
• Readand interpret hydraulic pneumatic machine manuals and basicinterpretation of electricalschematics.
• Readand interpret electrical schematics and machine manuals to performsafe and effective repairs while using basic electrical conceptspractices andtheory.
• Start / restartmachines and mechanical equipment after installations modificationsenhancements and repairs to ensure optimaloperation.

Troubleshooting(20%) :

• Troubleshoothighly automated assembly equipment throughoutproduction.
• Continuallyshare and gain knowledge from coworkers to enhance guidancetraining and utilization of best practices and use the knowledgegained to improve equipmentuptime.
• Addressall machinerelated issues as well as all other issues withcoworkers and management personnel with accuracy in a timely mannergiving updates and schedules asnecessary.

Quality(15%) :

• Ensurethat equipment preventative maintenance and repairs are done toqualitystandards.
• Assistin updating electricalmechanical hydraulic and pneumatic drawings blueprints andschematics according to code requirements service manuals andmanufacturersspecifications.

Requirements

• Highschool diploma orGED
• Completionof an Associate s Degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology (orsimilarprogram)
• Abilityto train teach and assess other Maintenance Technician trainees inthe Career Path program working well and leading and mentoring in ateamenvironment
• Abilityto assist with managing projects and resources effectivelyincluding PLC programming and troubleshooting understandingadvanced electrical prints and schematics to facilitate complexrepairs or installation ofequipment
• Provenmechanical inclination and general math and manufacturing knowledgethrough standardizedtests

Ability to train, teach, and assess other Maintenance Techniciantrainees in the Career Path program, working well and leading andmentoring in a team environment Ability to assist with managingprojects and resources effectively, including PLC programming andtroubleshooting, understanding advanced electrical prints andschematics to facilitate complex repairs or installation ofequipment Ability to read, follow and understand electrical,mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic drawings, blueprints,schematics, code requirements, service manuals and manufacturersspecifications Proven mechanical inclination and general math andmanufacturing knowledge through standardized tests Providetechnical (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic / hydraulic) expertiseto production teams to assist in creating and implementing the bestsolutions to manufacturing challenges.

Use drawings / blueprints,schematic diagrams, service manuals, code manuals, and manufacturers specifications to mechanically install, modify, enhance andrepair machines and mechanical equipment.

Use basic PC / PLCknowledge and electrical schematics to electrically install,modify, enhance and repair machines and mechanical equipment.

Readand interpret hydraulic, pneumatic, machine manuals, and basicinterpretation of electrical schematics. Read and interpretelectrical schematics and machine manuals to perform safe andeffective repairs while using basic electrical concepts, practices,and theory.

Start / restart machines and mechanical equipment afterinstallations, modifications, enhancements, and repairs to ensureoptimal operation.

Troubleshoot highly automated assembly equipmentthroughout production. Continually share and gain knowledge fromco-workers to enhance guidance, training, and utilization of bestpractices and use the knowledge gained to improve equipment uptime.

Address all machine-related issues, as well as all other issues,with co-workers and management personnel with accuracy, in a timelymanner, giving updates and schedules as necessary.

Ensure thatequipment preventative maintenance and repairs are done to qualitystandards. Assist in updating electrical, mechanical, hydraulic andpneumatic drawings, blueprints, and schematics according to coderequirements, service manuals and manufacturersspecifications.
