Human Resources Representative

Location : Greensboro, NC 27401

Position : HR Information Specialist

Pay Rate : $24.66 / hr.

Duration : 26 weeks - potential to extend

Location : Remote

Expected Shift : Day 5x8-Hour (08 : 00 - 17 : 00)

Remote only for candidates ONLY residing in the below states :

Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia

SUMMARY :

This role is responsible for the maintenance of employee data in the HRIS system, ensuring accurate records, pay and data integrity.

Works closely with Cone Health leaders, employees, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) team, as well as other HR staff, providing technical and administrative support.

REQUIREMENTS :

• 2 years of Human Resources experience
• Expertise with Lawson - Info
• Critical thinking and decision making skills
• Ability to work independently to interpret comp policies & procedures
• Familiarity with special pay plans (e.g. float pay, differentials, premium pay / WEO, Kronos pay rules, etc.)

Education Requirements : High School diploma or equivalent, Required

PREFERRED :

• SHRM-CP, PHR or CCHR and / or
• Bachelors Degree preferred)preferred
