Essential Functions:

• Previous GM experience in the restaurant industry or fast food of at minimum 2 years as a GM – demonstrating leadership and development (ability to recruit, screen, hire, develop and retain Team Members)
• Solid knowledge of Food Cost and Labor Cost
• Proven ability to grow sales and control costs
• Demonstrated or proven career ladder climb
• A candidate who understands the GM Position requires flexibility with schedule
• A candidate with dependable transportation
• A candidate who values a TEAM and knows how to motivate and instill standards in their TEAM
• A candidate willing to travel to different store locations

EDUCATION

High school diploma or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE

3 – 5 years in a management position (preferably restaurant experience)

HOURS

Able to work flexible hours necessary to manage and operate the restaurant effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
