PrideStaff Greenville is seeking a reliable and knowledgeable Accounts Receivable on behalf of our client in Greenville, SC.

We are looking for individuals with accounts receivable experience that includes ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts.

Additional clerical duties as needed.

Accounts Receivable Responsibilities Include :

• Support customer accounts accurately and process incoming payments following financial protocols and procedures
• Perform routine financial operations professionally, verifying, categorizing, calculating, recording, and posting accounts receivables data
• Prepare invoices and bank deposits methodically
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger diligently to ensure all payments are accounted for properly
• Verify discrepancies prudently and resolve client billing queries helpfully
• Facilitate payment of invoices courteously by sending respectful reminders and contacting clients considerately

Additional Office Responsibilities Include :

• Professionally answer and route incoming phone calls
• Methodically order necessary office supplies
• Request documentation as needed from insurance and bonding partners
• Thoughtfully prepare bid schedules and documents for airport projects

Accounts Receivable Requirements Include :

• Demonstrated experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interface supportively with customers
• Proficiency with accounting software and a proven capacity to manage accounting figures accurately
• An eye for detail and well-organized approach to maintaining precise records
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve issues judiciously
• Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles
• Demonstrated aptitude to calculate, record and oversee accounting figures and financial records precisely
• Data entry skills paired with analytical strengths
• Handson experience operating spreadsheets and accounting systems efficiently and methodically
