Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws.This role is designed to help provide day to day HR support to all levels of staff. They are to be a resource, guide and project lead inside our HR team. They would help with a variety of tasks but not designed to be a strategic lead inside HR.
Key Responsibilities:
Process daily human resource tasks
Reports and compliance
Ensure Employee Roster remains up to date with current and pertinent information/documentation including, but not limited to, hire/termination dates, credentialing, certifications, birthdays, anniversaries, car insurance, provider information, tax documents, etc.
Ensure all staff are properly trained and ready for work
Help facilitate the performance management process
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in HR functions such as recruiting and employee relations
- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now
- Knowledge of employment labor law and HR best practices
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Familiarity or proficiency with HR Cloud for applicant tracking system management
