Our physicians receive a comprehensive compensation & benefits package that includes:
- The estimated starting compensation for the position is $400k to $450k with the ability to earn more.
- Ability to take up to 12 weeks vacations, with bookend weekends off
- $30k sign on bonus OR a $20k sign on bonus with $30k in student loan repayment, alongside a $20k relocation bonus (if eligible)
- 401k match and quarterly profit sharing are also available.
- Medical malpractice including tail insurance.
- NEW No non-compete!
- Cases include bread and butter, gyn, urology, joints, spine, and OB. No heads, hearts, or vascular. Small amount of healthy peds.
