We are hiring for Head & Assistant Coaches for our Youth Baseball organization. We are a multi-sport club organization currently located in Grimes, IA. We are looking for top quality coaches who are professional and have past experience playing or coaching at the highest levels of the game.We are looking for coaches who are passionate about the game and want to stay with our organization for more than just a season or two. Coaches will be assigned to a team based on best fit.Duties:
- Instruct players on proper techniques, strategies, and game rules
- Organize and lead practice sessions to enhance players' skills
- Motivate and inspire players to achieve their full potential
- Provide constructive feedback to players to improve performance
- Coordinate team activities, games, and tournamentsSkills:
- Experience working with students in a coaching capacity
- Knowledge of baseball rules, strategies, and techniques
- Ability to educate players on teamwork, sportsmanship, and discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in behavior management and conflict resolution
- Physical education background or experience in related fields like basketball or gym training

Pay: $2,000.00 - $4,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 12 – 15 per week
