Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, excellent guest relations skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Enter orders into the POS system, preferably experience with Aloha POS
- Deliver food and beverages promptly
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
- Assist with food preparation and ensure presentation meets standards
- Upsell menu items to increase sales

Experience:
- Previous experience in a server role is preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for handling payments
- Familiarity with POS systems, specifically Aloha POS, is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Ability to work in a team environment and help colleagues when needed
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in upselling techniques to enhance the dining experience
