**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Personal Injury Paralegal to join a prestigious law firm in Coconut Grove. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in all stages of personal injury cases from inception through settlement or trial.

**Duties:**
- Conduct client interviews and maintain contact with clients
- Assist in drafting legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Organize and maintain case files and documents
- Conduct legal research on various issues related to personal injury cases
- Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial
- Coordinate medical treatment for clients
- Assist in settlement negotiations
**Experience:**
- Experience in a law office setting, with a focus on personal injury
- Proficiency in document management systems and legal drafting
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with data entry and case management software
