Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Litigation Associate to join a well known law firm in Coconut Grove . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal DEFAMATION.

Duties:

- Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues

- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents

- Assist in case preparation and strategy development

- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other attorneys

- Attend court hearings, depositions, and trials as needed

- Collaborate with partners and senior associates on complex litigation matters

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

- Admission to the state bar association

- Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and practices

- 2 plus years minimum

- Experience in drafting legal documents and conducting case analysis

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice-to-have Skills:

- Familiarity with commercial litigation, Personal injury law

- Negotiation skills for resolving legal disputes

Pay: $90,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
