Chocolate Moonshine Retail Associate

Chocolate Moonshine Co. is a rapidly growing confectionery company located in the Grove City Outlets. As a retail sales associate, we will train and develop you to position yourself as a trusted Chocolate Ambassador. Everyday, you will be building lasting relationships with our customers. In this position, you will educate customers on the Chocolate Moonshine Co. brand allowing you to help and support the customer in their chocolate selection. With your self-starter attitude, capable to thriving in a fast-paced environment, you will exhibit to customers Chocolate Moonshine Co.'s commitment to quality, innovation, and fun, with your newfound knowledge of our products.

What is cool about this opportunity:

• You will learn about our array of world class chocolates, fudge, and other handmade products carried in our storefront
• You will provide exceptional customer service by creating a one of a kind experience for each and customer
• You will be offering tastes to customers, and explain the subtle flavor notes that delicately bounce around their palette
• You will be creating drinks with our exquisite sipping chocolate at the Cocoa Bar
• You will be engaging with customers to communicate our brand's message
• We have established sales goals, and you will be provided the skills to exceed expectations
• You will be maintaining the storefront merchandising setup, and have the opportunity to provide your creative input
• You will assist in the storefront cleanliness and sanitation, following established state, local, and internal requirements
• Everyone is expected to follow the company's dress code (includes no visible body piercings) You will be provided Chocolate Moonshine T Shirts and aprons to complete the look

Experience:

• Previous retail experience is preferred but not required
• Previous cash handling is preferred but not required
• Please note that jewelry may not be worn during the shift. Includes but not limited to: necklaces, earrings, nose rings, bracelets.

Salary: $15.75 per hour tips

Pay: $15.75 - $16.25 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Benefits: Available after 60 days and your wonderful evaluation pus you are then eligible for a .50 cent raise!

• Retail: 1 year (Preferred) However, our training and written manuals will soon bring you up to speed to exceed
