We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Based Mental Health Clinician to provide mental health support to students within a school setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field, as well as experience working with children and adolescents.

Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students with mental health concerns
- Conduct assessments and create treatment plans to address students' emotional and behavioral needs
- Collaborate with school staff, parents, and outside providers to support students' mental health needs
- Offer crisis intervention and support to students in need
- Provide education and training to school staff on mental health issues and best practices for supporting students
- Document all client interactions and maintain accurate and up-to-date records

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a mental health clinician in the state
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a school or similar setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating mental health concerns in children and adolescents
