Rambo Marine's Smith Lake location has experienced substantial growth since it's 2022 grand opening. Due to increased sales we are looking to hire a full time/on-site business manager to handle all financing, insurance, and warranty needs. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude that is willing to help the dealership and it's customers achieve their goals on a daily basis. This is hands on position that will be personally involved in the process of selling boats and creating seamless transactions with our customers. 

Business Managers are responsible for the business aspect of the sale at Rambo Marine. They are passionate about helping customers accomplish their boat purchase in a timely and enjoyable manner. Business managers are responsible for the final process of delivering the clients necessary documents for purchase while offering finance, insurance and products to enhance the customers experience as well as the profitability of the dealership. The Finance & Insurance Manager is someone who enjoys the interaction with the customer base, has attention to detail, and enjoys the sales dynamic of a transaction. 

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform proper discovery of the customer’s financial goals and product needs
• Demonstrate excellent presentation and sales dynamics through the customer experience and menu presentation
• Maintains knowledge of finance programs and products
• Execute our processes to effectively convert cash customers to financing
• Demonstrates teamwork and is readily available 
• Ensures all paperwork is accurately and timely provided to accounting department
• Supports General Manager in the execution of successful boat shows, store and off-site sales/customer events
• Leads a positive and ethical work environment that attracts, motivates and contributes to retaining high performing team members
• Has a continuous learning mindset, develops and maintains high-level of knowledge for both finance programs and product knowledge
• Promotes teamwork, and supports other team members, departments and locations to ensure the customer has a seamless experience through the sale, financing, delivery and subsequent servicing of the boat

• Degree or Equal Experience
• Extended Service Contracts/Finance penetration
