As an Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to assist our Account Executives in providing prompt, high-quality service to new and existing customers. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Efficiently completing new business applications and online quotes and then compiling quote information and supporting materials to facilitate sales.
• Collaborating with Account Executives to assess existing policies for remarketing and managing the submission process to carriers when needed.
• Prompt and effective communication with customers and companies, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and requests.
• Submitting claims to companies, monitoring the claim resolution, assisting with the claim as needed and updating claim activity in our system.
• Actively seeking referrals from existing clients and following up to generate new business prospects.
• Prioritizing timeliness and accuracy in all efforts to minimize errors and omissions.

We are looking for someone who has the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Self-starter with strong verbal and written presentation skills
• Proficient with computers and able to learn our agency automation system as well as other various programs including Microsoft applications
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
• Ability to obtain necessary licenses as required by the State Department of Insurance
