Position Summary: As a Server at The Grille, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a world-class dining experience to our guests. You will be responsible for providing attentive and personalized service, demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of our menu and beverage offerings, and anticipating and fulfilling the needs of our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and present menus.
• Provide detailed descriptions of menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and recommended pairings.
• Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen, ensuring any special requests or dietary restrictions are accommodated.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, adhering to proper service standards.
• Anticipate and respond to guests' needs, including refilling beverages, clearing dishes, and addressing any concerns or requests.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of wine and beverage offerings, assisting guests in making selections and offering pairing suggestions.
• Handle guest payments accurately and efficiently, including processing credit card transactions and providing change as needed.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized work area, including polishing glassware and silverware.
• Collaborate seamlessly with fellow team members to ensure smooth service and a cohesive dining experience.
• Uphold a positive attitude, professionalism, and a guest-first approach to hospitality in all interactions.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Server in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting.
• Proficiency in food and beverage knowledge, including wine and cocktail service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a keen ability to connect with guests.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and punctual, consistently arriving on time for scheduled shifts.
• Team-oriented mindset, fostering cooperation and harmony among coworkers.
