Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to join our team in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and serving of meals while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Duties:

- Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to patients and staff
- Follow dietary restrictions and guidelines under the supervision of the dietary manager
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas
- Ensure food safety protocols are strictly adhered to
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff in a healthcare environment

Skills:

- Previous experience as a Dietary Aide or in food service is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients and staff
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and basic cooking techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and follow dietary guidelines
