We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support product development for a large, well-known manufacturer of off-road construction equipment. This unique role involves slicing through various projects within a broad project suite, working closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring effective resource planning and forecasting. Work across a diverse portfolio of up to 40 projects, each at different stages of their lifecycle.
o Collaborate with platform teams (e.g., engineering integration, supply teams) to understand project needs and allocate resources effectively.
o Map resource requirements based on project plans and timelines.
Take a macro view of resource needs by functional disciplines (e.g., engineering, design, testing).
o Aggregate resource requirements on a monthly basis.
o Create dashboards and reports to visualize resource allocation.
o Provide a dashboard of upcoming resource requirements, engagement status, and availability.
