Exciting Senior Accountant role in Hallandale Beach with upward growth potential! We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in public accounting, corporate finance, and tax.

Duties:

· Assist with generating the company’s financial reports

· Assist with preparations for the Annual Audit

· Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company

· Develop an ability to effectively respond to questions from management and keep the team informed of financial status.

· Assist in reviewing all documents and data for accuracy, adhering to generally accepted accounting procedures and compliance.

· Assist in the company’s budget process

· Perform general ledger balance sheet reconciliations and assigned functions to complete the monthly closure of the general ledger.

Skills and Requirements:

· Minimum of bachelor’s degree in accounting or associate’s degree in accounting with accounting Experience

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.

· Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite, and especially Excel.

· Ability to work with minimal supervision, manage own time effectively and maintain control over all current projects and responsibilities.
