- Assist the Controller with overseeing the AP & AR teams with their questions
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements of two separate companies (books)
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts
- Reconcile subledgers
- Post journal entries including accruals and WIP allocation
- Manage depreciation software and post entries
- Assist with audits
- Assist Controller with implementation of GAAP adherence processes
- Ensure a smooth month-end close process
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 3 years of accounting experience
- Experience with Manufacturing and Cost Accounting is highly preferred
- Proficient Excel skills (Pivot Tables & VLOOKUPS) and experience with accounting ERP system
