What You'll Do:

• Use a customer-focused needs review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Creating and maintaining rapport with new and existing customers.
• Generate new business from a variety of sources.
• Manage appointments, calls, and emails.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory – we value attitude and willingness to learn.
• A proactive and positive mindset, eager to learn and grow.
• Have strong work ethic and open to coaching
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• A passion for helping others and making a meaningful impact.
• A valid insurance license or the ability to obtain one (we'll assist you in the process).
