**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in bartending and possess knowledge of various beverages and mixing techniques. **Responsibilities:** - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes - Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age - Handle cash and credit transactions accurately - Upsell additional products when appropriate **Skills:** - Proficiency in POS systems, specifically Aloha POS - Previous experience in bartending, preferably in banquet or fine dining settings - Knowledge of retail math for handling transactions - Familiarity with cash registers and cash handling procedures - Understanding of food safety guidelines Join our team and showcase your bartending skills in a dynamic environment where customer service excellence is key.
