Title: Technical Project Manager
Duration: 18 month contract to hire

Pay Rate: 50-60/hr depending on experience

Responsibilities:
Global Project Management: Lead and oversee global-scale projects related to pharmaceutical manufacturing, process optimization, and technology implementation.
Operational Excellence: Apply best practices and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Siemens Technology: Leverage your expertise in Siemens technology (such as SCADA systems, PLCs, and automation) to drive successful project outcomes.
Electronic Batch Records (EBR): Manage EBR implementation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and efficient data management.
Schedule and Milestone Creation: Develop project schedules, set milestones, and track progress throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, quality, and regulatory affairs.
Software Platform Experience: Utilize your knowledge of OSIPI, Delta-V, and other relevant software platforms to optimize project processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Life Sciences, or related discipline)
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
Strong understanding of Siemens technology and automation systems
Familiarity with electronic batch records (EBR) and data management
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to create and manage project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones

Contract
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
